Brandi Moravek

A graduate of Florida State University, Brandi Moravek earned her law degree in 2017 from WMU Cooley Law School in Tampa. She was admitted to the Florida Bar later in 2017.
Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Brandi practiced criminal law at the State Attorney’s Office in the 10th Judicial Circuit in Sebring and Bartow.
Brandi was involved in numerous misdemeanor and felony trials represented the State in appeals and civil litigation and supported programs with a goal to reduce recidivism. Brandi then left the area of criminal law to pursue her interest in family law for a period before accepting a position at Jiles Law.
Before working at the State Attorney’s Office, Brandi was a financial crimes investigator for the Florida Department of Financial Services in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, worked as a law clerk in Tampa, and was a judicial intern in Hillsborough County. While working as a law clerk, Brandi gained experience in a few different areas of law, including immigration and trademark law. Specifically, Brandi was successful in registering a trademark for an online Islamic University.
Brandi is a native Texan but currently lives in Lakeland with her dog, Milano. She’s determined to serve each of her clients with honest, skillful representation for a variety of legal issues.
